About the Event
A perfect introduction to North Indian food and the dishes that warm the soul in the winter months. You will learn how to cook an authentic Butter Chicken, Rice and Onion Bhaji with a mint raitha sauce. You will be provided with all the spice kits and rice worth over £10 including postage. Please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive by post or collect from restaurant.
Chef Gaurav will show you how to cook these dishes from scratch from the comfort of your own home. You will be taught the correct cooking techniques and equip you with the knowledge to master the true art of Indian food.
We will provide the spice packs and rice, you will be required to source the other ingredients. You will receive a recipe card with a list of all the different ingredients you will need.
Allergies and dietary requirements can also be catered for.
Duration: 90 minutes
Before the class: When you register and purchase your spot, you will receive joining instructions with Zoom login credentials which will be sent 3 days before the class.
During the class: You will be cooking along with Chef Gaurav who will providing easy to follow step by step instructions. We will stop at various points throughout to answer any questions you may have. You'll have the opportunity to mingle with other participants. There'll also be an opportunity for Q&A session at the end and details on other classes.
