Our gastro-adventure started when Chef Gaurav Dayal was introduced to the Shah brothers by Gaurav and Neha Goyal. All it took was a taste of his Butter Chicken and we hit it off.
We burst onto the scene in May 2019 with a promise to create a new Indian dining experience that would complement the food we fell in love with
Armed with food cooked by a Chef that grew up and trained in Delhi, we put together a menu packed with all the favourites found on roadside stalls across the capital city.
We wanted to bring the authentic dishes to a market dominated by curry houses.
We hand prepare our spices and tandoori marinades, and we cook fresh everyday so that you can savour authentic Indian food that’s true to its roots.
We’ve created a vibrant, fun and friendly place with an extra-large serving of good vibes, ensuring it’s always LOVE AT FIRST BITE at My Delhi.
