For the fourth year in a row, we’ve proudly taken home the Argie Bhaji title at Wylam Brewery, marking yet another unforgettable victory in what has become one of the most vibrant curry showdowns in the region.

Winning for the fourth year in a row means a great deal to me and to our team. For us, events like this aren't just about competition - they're a celebration of how rich and varied Indian cuisine truly is. Every city has its own specialities, its own traditions, its own culinary identity.

At My Delhi, we bring Delhi street food because that is who we are. If we were from anywhere else, we'd proudly bring the flavours of that city. But we're Delhiites - and that's the food we honour.

Butter Chicken was born in Delhi, and we treat it with the respect it deserves. Our Cauliflower Manchurian has been with us since our BBC days. And our golden Onion Bhajis have been a staple since the very beginning.

These dishes aren't trends for us - they're part of our identity.

Every so often we notice familiar touches around us - and we take that as flattery more than anything else. We just try to grow, refine, and represent Delhi better each year. It simply reminds us to stay focused on what matters: representing Delhi with honesty and authenticity.

For us, competition has never been the focus. We've always said we only compete with ourselves - to cook better, serve better, and represent My Delhi better than we did the year before. That's the only benchmark that matters to us.

Thank you to the organisers for giving us the chance to showcase My Delhi. Events like this highlight the incredible diversity of Indian cuisine, and we hope next year brings even more regional variety.

I'm incredibly proud of our team for the effort they put in, and grateful to everyone who came out to support us. This win is for all of you who believe in authentic Delhi food and the story behind it.
