It’s great that you’re thinking of visiting us. You can book a table using our easy to manage secure reservation system. Choose the location, check what timeslots are available, fill in the form and we’ll see you on the day.
We do keep some tables available for walk-in so feel free to pop in and we’ll get you seated pretty quickly. If there is a wait, you’re welcome to have a drink or join our live wait-list and we’ll message you when a table becomes available.
We take bookings for groups of all sizes. For parties of 12+ guests, you’ll need to contact the restaurant directly or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send in a request via our reservation system.
For 20+ guests, you may only order from our group menu or we can customise a menu for your party. We will however require a pre-order for 20+ guests at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. This allows us to meet your expectations and ensure the party is well looked after.
To secure your reservation, the restaurant will send you a payment link request for a non refundable deposit. For no shows or late cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a partial or full cancellation fee from your deposit.
It’s our pleasure to host your party and we’ll do everything we can to ensure a great night. Ordering in advance does help, so feel free to nominate a captain in your team and we can liaise with them.
Changes and cancellations
We are an independent business and rely on reservations being honoured for the continued success and viability of the restaurant.
For reservations of 6 persons or more, we require your credit/debit card details to secure your booking. In some cases we may ask for a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person.
Your card details are securely stored in a PCI compliant third party system called Stripe.
We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers, failure to give this notice or in the event of a no show, will incur a £5 fee which will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card.
To cancel your reservation, there is a link in your booking confirmation email, click on the link to Cancel reservation. You do not need to contact the restaurant to cancel.
We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can only hold your table for up to 15 minutes and will release the table if we have not been contacted.
*For reservations on special occasions like Valentine's Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve we require you credit/debit card details for all party sizes and 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers. Failure to give this notice or in the event of a no show then a £10 fee will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card.
